We are seeking a Psychology or related field professional to manage personnel selection processes, update employee files, provide staff support, and assist in HR management.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
\- Graduate in Psychology or a related field.
\- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions.
\- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
\- Must reside in areas adjacent to LOS OLIVOS.
**JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Responsible for conducting personnel selection processes for high-turnover positions and key roles within the company.
* Responsible for maintaining up-to-date employee files from the moment of their entry into the company.
* Responsible for general staff documentation support.
* Ensures inclusion and follow-up of SCTR for all new employees.
* Responsible for issuing calls, evaluating, and preparing reports on results for company staff aspiring to fill positions or advance along career paths.
* Organizes and conducts induction sessions for new staff, as well as training on the Integrated Management System, both internally and externally.
* Assists in collecting information for SIG audit processes.
* Coordinates and implements the company’s organizational development plans.
* Responsible for drafting and signing the first employment contract for new staff.
* Responsible for controlling documentation specific to this role, archiving it appropriately, and opening files per completed process.
* Responsible for exit surveys.
* Prepares psychological reports upon request by the Department Head or Management.
* Supports activities specific to the department and the company.
* Responsible for delivering uniforms, including the corresponding list and signature, attaching the required documentation according to the assigned location.
* Participates in the planning and execution of Human Resources projects.
* Handles staff requests regarding various departmental matters and routes them to the appropriate area (e.g., loans, medical leave, child support claims, etc.).
* Supports activities organized by the department.
