Prepare technical reports and manage IT system incidents At Universidad Privada San Juan Bautista, we are continuously searching for talented individuals who wish to join our team and contribute to the university's mission. **Responsibilities:** Comprehensively manage assigned activities from initiation to closure, ensuring appropriate planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Analyze and produce deliverables or outputs according to established requirements, proposing process improvement actions for assigned tasks. Actively participate in work meetings, presenting scopes and delegated responsibilities, effectively substantiating received requests or inquiries. Guarantee the correct sequence of steps for obtaining required information, ensuring achievement of the stated objective for subsequent development. Prepare technical reports and documentation regarding the status of systems and projects related to information technologies. Manage incidents and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as implement improvements or new technological systems contributing to the optimization of institutional processes. Requirements Graduate or holder of a technical diploma, bachelor’s degree, or university professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Required Knowledge in:** Proficiency in Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts) Certificate or proof of completion in IT Service Management (ITIL). **Desirable Knowledge in:** Documentation of functional and process requirements. Participation in system implementation or improvement projects. Proficiency in collaborative environments (Microsoft O365; Planner, Project, Jira (desirable)). Business Process Management (BPM) Knowledge of SQL for databases and familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI) Benefits All statutory benefits and profit-sharing.
