Position Summary: A professional with experience in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems, reviewing flowcharts, coordinating supplier audits, and participating in internal and external audits. Key Highlights: 1. Integrated Management Systems implementation and maintenance 2. Coordination and execution of audits for strategic suppliers 3. Participation in internal and external audits **Requirements:** * Degree in Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Three years of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 training. * Preferred knowledge of BRCGS, ISO 45001, and Internal Auditor training. * Work location: Lurín (Approx. Km 40 of the Southern Pan-American Highway). * Hybrid schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and/or maintain the Integrated Management System. * Review and monitor updates to flowcharts and associated matrices regarding product hazards and risks. * Coordinate and conduct audits for strategic suppliers. * Plan, provide support for, and participate in internal and external audits. * Coordinate implementation and follow-up actions to address findings from inspections. **Employment Conditions:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Health insurance. * Pension system contribution. * Statutory life insurance. * Vacation leave. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings). * July and December bonuses. * Eligibility for family allowance (if applicable). * Entitlement to paid vacations. * Partnership agreements with educational institutions such as Cibertec, UPN, and UPC.
