Our commitment is to constantly innovate, creating products that connect with our consumers and generate value for our business partners. **Your mission** As a Product Development Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive development of the SCOOL and SCOOL PLAY brand portfolio, managing all stages of the creative process from design to commercial launch, including license management and generation of key reports. **Main responsibilities** \* Manage new product development projects. \* Analyze the market to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and innovation by brand. \* Negotiate with international suppliers. \* Manage product approval platforms for portfolio licenses. \* Develop cost structures to evaluate import or local production alternatives. \* Assign and input SKUs into the GESCOM system for sales control. \* Prepare and manage royalty reports for licenses. \* Actively participate in the commercial committee and contribute to strategic planning of new products. \* Produce various reports and documents, as well as perform other tasks assigned by the department head, ensuring efficient management aligned with team objectives. **Profile we are looking for** \* Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. \* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or licensed product companies). \* Knowledge of negotiation with suppliers. \* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. \* Intermediate English (especially reading and writing for communication with suppliers). **What we offer** \* Formal employment from day one. \* Opportunity to join a growing and forward-looking company. \* Participation in projects involving international licenses and brands. \* Positive work environment and continuous learning opportunities.
