**Position Objective:** Support the management, documentation, and improvement of processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, with emphasis on the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the ISO 9001 QMS. * Assist in documenting and updating processes, MOFs, flowcharts, and instructions. * Develop management tools and performance indicator reports (KPIs). * Conduct process mapping and analysis. * Support internal audits and program implementation. * Prepare quality indicator reports. * Coordinate with departments for continuous improvement and compliance with standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * ***Experience supporting ISO 9001 implementation.*** * Knowledge of process management and improvement. * Proficiency in computer tools (Intermediate Office suite).
