




Graduate or final-year student of business administration Support the Logistics Manager in scheduling service delivery to user departments. Receive requests for goods and services from user departments on a regular basis and according to service requirements. Provide information necessary to develop the program of goods and service needs with user departments, on a regular basis. Generate purchase orders as appropriate. Support procurement of required goods and services in accordance with internal procedures. Receive purchased goods and services, verifying their optimal quality and ensuring that purchase conditions have been fully met. Coordinate with Financial and Accounting Assistants the delivery of corresponding documentation. Coordinate with the Financial Assistant the payments due to respective suppliers, with approval from the Administrator. Maintain and keep updated all documentation for the Logistics department. Support delivery/shipment of purchased goods and services in accordance with corresponding internal procedures. Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Relocation/commute: * Villa el Salvador, Lima: Able to commute to work without issues or plan to relocate prior to starting employment (Required)
