We are a Chinese investment company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing ceramic products both nationally and internationally. Requirements \- Technical qualification in Welding (mandatory). \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a welder in construction projects, maintenance, or metal structures (preferred). \- Valid welding certification for SMAW (3G) (mandatory). \- Availability to work in Chilca – Cañete (mandatory). Conditions \- General labor regime \- Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off \- Working hours: 7:00 AM \- 5:40 PM \- Barracks-style accommodation (if required) \- 100% meal coverage provided by the company. \- Profit-sharing participation. \- Biweekly and monthly payments.
