Job Summary: We are seeking an AI Prototyper to transform high-potential disruptive ideas into functional prototypes and MVPs in the banking sector, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Support the transition of successful prototypes to development teams. DESCRIPTION We are looking for an **AI Prototyper** to join the Artificial Intelligence team of a major banking-sector client. This role focuses on rapidly turning high-potential disruptive ideas into functional prototypes and MVPs to validate their value before scaling. You will work closely with an AI Specialist and business, architecture, and experience teams in short experimentation cycles (weeks, not months), building solutions based on generative and agentic AI. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop functional prototypes leveraging generative and agentic AI. * Build MVPs to validate the feasibility and value of new ideas. * Collaborate with business, architecture, and experience teams. * Experiment with and evaluate emerging AI technological capabilities. * Support the transition of successful prototypes to mature development teams, ensuring compliance with security, governance, and best practices. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. * Minimum **6 years** of professional experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Analyst, or Machine Learning roles. * Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience building AI solutions based on agents and agentic workflows. * Solid experience with LLMs, agent orchestrators (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar), and RAG architectures. * Python (intermediate–advanced level) for development and automation. * Integration of agents with external tools, databases, and APIs. * Definition of control prompts and guardrails. * Familiarity with deployment and monitoring of AI solutions. * Technical English. **Desirable** * Master’s degree in related fields (proven hands-on agent-building experience is prioritized over academic titles). * Prior experience in tech companies, AI startups, fintechs, or innovation units within the financial sector. **What We’re Looking For** A technically proficient candidate with a rapid-iteration mindset and strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally across diverse teams.
