We do NOT seek someone who only designs flyers. We seek someone who can truly grow the brand. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Create daily content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram \* Record videos at the factory and on construction sites \* Edit viral videos (CapCut, Canva, etc.) \* Generate content ideas and identify trends \* Publish reels, stories, and TikToks \* Respond to messages and comments \* Coordinate campaigns and promotions \* Help generate leads REQUIREMENTS: \* Experience managing social media accounts \* Ability to record and edit dynamic videos \* Creativity and speed \* Basic knowledge of TikTok and Meta Ads \* Proactivity and desire to grow \* Preferred experience in commercial content WE VALUE EVEN MORE: \* Attitude \* Creativity \* Initiative \* Results Ideal for individuals who love creating content and wish to advance professionally.
