We are looking for a **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** to join our team in the baking industry **Requirements:** * Graduate professional or technician in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (food industry) * Productivity indicators * Basic Excel * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) **Functions:** * Assist in meeting production schedules set by planning * Time measurement in areas and processes * Receiving and validation of inputs * Supervise corrective maintenance * Assist in filling out forms * Coordinate supply to production * Control of waste and production balances * Dispatches * Sampling of Inputs and Raw Materials * Validation of Mixtures * Compliance with regulations * Responsible for Inspection and Incident Reporting * Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor **Working conditions:** * Schedule: Rotating shifts * Remuneration: S/. 1500.00 * Location: Chorrillos * Enrollment in MYPE payroll regime * Biweekly payments Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
