Agro-industrial company requires a Quality Assistant with the following profile: **FUNCTIONS** * Perform quality control of raw materials, supplies, packaging and products in general acquired and related to production. * Carry out sampling of raw materials according to internal sampling table. * Safeguard certificates of supplies, packaging and others provided by the purchase of such items. * Report claims and non-conformities identified to the purchasing department for management. * Record process controls and CCP controls in processing plants. * Review parameters of intermediate products manufactured in the frozen plant. * Verify and report non-conformities. Likewise, generate the non-conforming product disposal record. * Record and enter into database the results of each production. * Verify the incoming condition of products to finished goods warehouse: labeling, temperature according to product, lot, among others. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Technical degree in Food Industries, Chemistry or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions, preferably in companies within the sector. * Knowledge of GMP, HACCP. * Ability to interact and coordinate with people from different areas. Aptitude and willingness to work in teams. * Focus on achieving objectives and ability to work under pressure.
