Job Summary: OSH professional responsible for identifying hazards, assessing risks, preparing safety reports, developing training programs, and maintaining the Occupational Safety and Health Management System up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Hazard identification and risk assessment in work areas 2. Development and implementation of occupational safety and health (OSH) training programs 3. Maintenance of Occupational Safety and Health Management System documentation Sapelli Mobiliario is a Peruvian company with over 13 years of experience in manufacturing and installing contract furniture. Requirements: * Professional or technical degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Knowledge of Peruvian OSH legislation, particularly Law No. 29783, the Occupational Safety and Health Law. Responsibilities: * Identify hazards and assess risks in work areas. * Prepare and update the IPERC matrix. * Conduct periodic safety inspections. * Supervise compliance with OSH regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Investigate accidents, incidents, and substandard acts or conditions. * Prepare safety reports and propose corrective measures. * Develop and implement OSH training programs. * Prepare and update safety procedures, instructions, and standards. * Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response plans. * Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor compliance with legal requirements related to OSH. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Participate in meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. * Promote a culture of prevention and self-care within the organization.
