At **PALTARUMI S.A.C.**, a leading company in gold mineral processing, we are seeking a professional to fill the position ***SENIOR MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER***. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance of mineral processing plants or mining units. * Knowledge of maintenance for crushers, mills, conveyor belts, pumps, thickeners, and plant equipment. * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Proficiency in maintenance indicators (Availability, MTBF, and MTTR). * Proficiency in SAP PM and Microsoft Office (Power BI is desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Supervise and control the execution of mechanical maintenance work at the plant. * Manage the availability and reliability of critical operational equipment. * Analyze mechanical failures and propose corrective and improvement actions. * Coordinate resources, spare parts, and services for scheduled maintenance activities. * Monitor management indicators and adherence to the maintenance plan. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. **BENEFITS**: * Formal employment registration from day one. * Profit-sharing based on production performance. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation time). * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance per Law). * Birthday leave. * Full company coverage for meals and accommodation. * Only commuting allowance from Barranca to the plant. ***AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN PARAMONGA \- BARRANCA.*** ***ATYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE: 14 DAYS ON / 7 DAYS OFF*** Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations. * Please indicate your availability. * Do you have experience in mechanical maintenance of mineral processing plants?
