We are seeking an ***Operations Assistant*** for our ***workshop*** in ***Villa María del Triunfo*** — someone with an all-terrain attitude and willingness. **Role Mission:** To serve as key support ensuring our fleet (compressors, generators, towers) remains current on documentation and ready for operation, reporting directly to Management. **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Machinery Maintenance, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (Mandatory). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Residence in Villa María del Triunfo or nearby areas (South Lima). **Responsibilities:** * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the fleet (compressors, generators, towers) based on operating hours. * Generate operational certificates, packing lists, and maintenance plans. Manage TREC and SCTR insurance policies, as well as calibrations (pressure gauges, valves, hydrostatic tests). * Prepare technical maintenance reports and equipment status reports (pending items per unit in workshop). * Monitor equipment status (operational / workshop / client) and manage monthly hour-meter readings across the entire fleet. * Manage documentation and logistics for technician visits to mining sites or construction projects. * Coordinate with commercial and technical departments to ensure equipment availability and address customer incidents. * Ensure every dispatch includes full safety equipment compliant with site/mine standards. **Conditions \& Benefits:** * Payment via Honorarium Receipt. * 100% covered lunch at the VMT workshop. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). * Opportunity to learn about rental fleet management and mining industry standards. ***Ready for the challenge?
