Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant with a degree in Interior Design to support proposal development, take-offs, and tender management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in commercial proposals and tenders for the commercial department 2. Performing take-offs and drafting layout drawings 3. Visiting leads and creating opportunities in the ERP We have over 13 years of experience in the manufacturing and installation of contract furniture. We are currently expanding our team and have an opening for the position of Commercial Assistant. Requirements: Graduate in Interior Design or related field. Knowledge of reading furniture layout drawings. Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and one Saturday per month from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Responsibilities: Reading furniture layout drawings. Performing take-offs for quotations. Drafting layout drawings for commercial proposals. Preparing commercial proposals based on our modular furniture product line. Assisting in completing forms and documents required for commercial tenders. Conducting field visits to qualified incoming leads. Creating opportunities, leads, customers, and products in our ERP.
