Job stability and opportunity for promotion * **An industrial company with over 50 years in the market is seeking production operators for our Lima Sur site (opposite Universidad Científica del Sur UCSUR– Pantanos de Villa \* Villa El Salvador).** **HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?** **Base salary according to law** **Work schedule: 22 consecutive working days and 8 days off** **Fixed and rotating shifts** **Family allowance S/ 113 (if applicable)** **Payroll dates: mid-month and month-end** **Night shift bonus (if applicable)** **Productivity bonus (if applicable)** * **MOST IMPORTANT** * **Enrollment in payroll from the first day** * **Timely payments (mid-month and month-end)** **SENATI courses (subsidized by the company)** **Job stability** **Opportunity for promotionWHAT WILL YOU DO?** **\-Support in the METAL CASTING AREA** **\-Teamwork within the plant** **\-Maintaining order and cleanliness of the area** **\-Compliance with safety regulations** **REQUIREMENTS** Completed secondary education With or without experience (training provided) **Availability to work Monday through Friday** **FIXED SHIFTS:** Morning Shift A: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm Morning Shift B: 2:30 am – 10:30 pm Morning Shift C: 10:30 pm – 6:30 pm (Night hours bonus) Quick hiring!
