Position Summary: We are seeking a Pastry Assistant for a prestigious company, supporting cake and pastry production and maintaining area cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in cake and pastry preparation 2. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines 3. Cleaning of area utensils PRESTIGIOUS GERMAN CAFÉ AND PASTRY COMPANY REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF A PASTRY ASSISTANT. Work location is CHORRILLOS for the NIGHT SHIFT. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support in pastry department activities. Assist the pastry chef in the production process of various types of cakes and pastries. Comply with GMP guidelines during the production process. Clean pastry department utensils.
