Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Plant Operator to handle raw material receipt and support the preparation of base products, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in compliance with safety standards. **Job Description:** At **El Leñador JV**, we are looking for a responsible, organized Plant Operator with basic culinary knowledge to ensure proper receipt of raw materials and support in preparing base products for our operations. **Responsibilities:** Receive suppliers, verifying product quality, quantity, and perfect condition. Monitor expiration dates, temperature, and storage conditions of received raw materials. Prepare sauces, dressings, and other raw materials according to established recipes and standards. Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area (plant). Store products correctly following preservation guidelines. Support inventory control and product rotation. Comply with food safety and sanitation protocols. Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education. Minimum 6 months of experience in food manufacturing plants, kitchens, or production (preferred). Basic knowledge of food preparation (sauces, dressings, mise en place). Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food handling. Responsible, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team. Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. Willingness to work in Chorrillos. **Benefits:** Formal employment registration (subject to evaluation).
