REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months of experience in delivery. * Familiarity with customer service. * Residence in areas adjacent to Villa el Salvador. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain daily order and cleanliness of the vehicle. * Verify delivery guides and products. * Responsible for implementing and equipping the vehicle with basic equipment. * Load and unload merchandise appropriately to prevent losses or damage during transit. * Responsible for opening and closing the vehicle doors. * Support the driver at all times as an assistant, following instructions and directives from the vehicle supervisor. * Responsible for documentary and monetary settlement, if applicable. * Keep the Operations Coordinator informed of any incidents or absences occurring during duty. * Report delivery-related complaints, returns, and issues to the Operations Coordinator. * Verify delivered merchandise together with the customer. * Must appear properly dressed and wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while on duty at supplier and client facilities. * At the end of each shift, responsible for timely submission and accurate completion of delivery guides generated during service. * Comply with guidelines outlined in the Internal Work Regulations. * Comply with guidelines outlined in the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. * Perform additional duties assigned over time as required by organizational needs.
