We are **LOGISTICAL CONSORTIUM SAGITARIO**, and on this occasion, we are seeking an **OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** with crane lifting experience to join us on our project at **CHINALCO MINING COMPANY.** **FUNCTIONS**: * Plan lifting activities and ensure that activities are carried out according to plan. * Coordinate with the client’s supervision regarding activities to be performed during the work shift. * Sign management documents prior to initiating any activity and ensure documentation is complete. * Control and manage safety and environmental protection during activity execution. * Efficiently manage and administer company-assigned resources for the project. * Monitor adherence to the project activity schedule. * Identify hazards and assess associated risks, then plan controls to minimize risks and enable safe activity execution. * Submit daily technical reports to the immediate supervisor detailing work progress. * Train and raise awareness among subordinates on technical, safety, and environmental topics. * Provide technical support and guidance to subordinates in implementing the “Right to Say No” policy when substandard conditions prevent safe activity execution. * Inspect facilities to verify infrastructure conditions conducive to a comfortable working environment for our personnel. * Verify safety and operational conditions of assigned vehicle units (e.g., SUVs) before commencing duties. * Safeguard and protect company assets assigned for effective performance of duties (e.g., equipment, laptops, printers, radios, GPS devices, vehicles, etc.). * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence, as required by organizational needs. * Comply with work standards specified in RIT, RISST, RITRAN, IPER, IPERC, and JSA. **EDUCATION**: * Professional degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering—or related field as required by the project; duly graduated, registered with the professional association, and licensed. * Training courses in supervision of lifting operations. **EXPERIENCE**: * Minimum four (4) years of verifiable experience in lifting operations for plant assembly and maintenance shutdown projects, preferably in the mining sector. **AVAILABILITY**: * Willingness to work under a 14-days-on/7-days-off regime or other special or alternative work arrangements, as operationally required by the company. **KNOWLEDGE**: * Knowledge of and ability to apply ASME B30 standards. * Ability to develop Rigging Plans. * Soft skills oriented toward teamwork. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, email). * Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 (not mandatory). * Teamwork management.
