**JOB OPENING – OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER** Our company, specializing in the **manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures and metal carpentry**, is seeking an **Occupational Health and Safety Officer** to join our team and strengthen occupational health and safety management in workshops and construction sites. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in risk prevention within the construction, metallurgical-mechanical, or metal carpentry sectors. * Knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations. * Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, PETS, work permits, and emergency response plans. * Knowledge of **quality control, safety management, crew supervision, and material control**, applied to metallurgical-mechanical and assembly processes. * Ability to **prepare reports, progress valuations, and monitor project advancement**. * **Willingness to work on-site and in workshops**. * **Proof of the last two years of professional experience (certificates, contracts, letters of confirmation, etc.)**. * **Documented CV**. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in workshops and on construction sites. * Conduct daily inspections of activities such as welding, cutting, grinding, lifting, assembly, and installation of metal structures. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work procedures. * Prepare IPERC, ATS, PETS, and other safety documentation required by the project. * Deliver inductions, training sessions, and safety briefings. * Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions, proposing corrective actions. * Support quality control and progress monitoring when required. * **TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION SITES AND PROJECTS (MANDATORY)** **WE OFFER:** * Immediate hiring. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Job stability and a positive work environment. **APPLICATION:** Interested candidates must submit their **documented CV** to: administracion@klss.com.pe For additional inquiries, contact: **987 185 624** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site
