We are currently looking for a **Warehouse Manager** to join our team. **Location:** Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and control receiving, storage, and dispatch operations of goods. * Verify correct inbound and outbound product movement, ensuring compliance with established procedures. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct periodic inventories. * Organize and optimize product distribution within the warehouse. * Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations departments to ensure timely supply. * Supervise proper storage and preservation of products. * Manage documentation related to inbound, outbound, return, and transfer operations of goods. * Prepare inventory, movement, and stock reports. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations in the warehouse. * Support other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in similar positions. * Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and logistics. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * ERP system or warehouse management software experience is desirable. * Familiarity with logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and best storage practices. * Competencies: leadership, organization, responsibility, planning ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and results orientation. **We Offer** * Professional development opportunity. * Pleasant working environment.
