




Efficiently plan, organize, direct, and control the company's resources to ensure the achievement of institutional objectives, promoting effective, results-oriented management. Will be responsible for leading administrative, financial, and human resources management, ensuring the proper functioning of each area and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Must guarantee the appropriate execution of recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes in order to attract, develop, and retain the most suitable talent, contributing to strengthening the workforce and continuous improvement of the company. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS A. Administrative and Financial Management * Plan, organize, and supervise the company’s general administration. * Ensure compliance with accounting, financial, and tax obligations. * Coordinate with the accounting department to prepare and timely submit monthly and annual financial statements. * Manage treasury operations, cash flows, various payments, and relationships with financial institutions. * Analyze costs, projections, and investment opportunities to improve profitability. * Control accounts receivable and payable, and lead collections management. * Execute and supervise billing processes, withholdings, and accounting records. * Generate and present semi-annual administrative and financial performance indicators. * Manage company assets and equity. * Negotiate favorable commercial terms with suppliers and customers. * Supervise payment compliance for services, payroll, and labor obligations. * Coordinate the appropriate use of financial products with banks and external advisors. B. Human Resources Management * Lead personnel recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Identify and define job profiles, support managers during the selection process, and manage contractual documentation. * Monitor employee attendance, conduct follow-ups on performance evaluations, and address labor-related requests. * Promote a positive work environment through institutional activities and celebrations. * Efficiently manage employee documentation and formally welcome new staff with key documents (MOF, RIT, policies, etc.). * Resolve labor conflicts within the framework of current legislation and internal standards. * Ensure compliance with the internal work regulations. * Implement actions to strengthen organizational culture and employee well-being. C. Operational and Logistics Management * Supervise and monitor the performance of the Logistics department. * Manage invoicing for transportation services (RCD), dispatch (concrete pavers and spacers), shipping guides, purchase orders, sales records, and disbursements. * Coordinate procedures with MTC for vehicle circulation. * Support the execution of processes related to project closure.
