Requirements: \- At least 2 years of experience in companies within the commercial sector. \- Availability to work on-site in Chorrillos \- Proficiency in main collections reporting platforms \- Experience in credit evaluation \- Knowledge of Risk Centers \- Equifax \- Handling of negotiable instruments \- Familiarity with large customer platforms: B2B, Cenbiz, Tottus, Supesa, Cencosud, among others \- Knowledge and experience using Public Records tools for information verification and management \- Experience dealing with clients at a national level \- Experience in Pre-evaluation of Credit Lines \- Preferably with a network of contacts in the alcoholic beverages sales sector Functions: \- Recognition of income in banking institutions \- Filtering and cancellation of invoices from banking institutions \- Execution of customer payment applications \- Issuance of credit notes (NC) and debit notes (ND) through the system: for rebates, discounts, returns, among others. \- Perform customer invoice settlements \- Preparation of informative report at month-end (aging debt report) \- Coordination of sending account statements to customers and follow-up on payments \- Issuance, control, and follow-up of collection bills, discounted bills, and those retained in portfolio \- Coordinate issuance and follow-up of bills to customers (discounted bills, free collection, or held in portfolio) \- Control and follow-up of accounts receivable by assigned portfolio \- Negotiation of issuance of negotiable instruments, checks, bills, guarantees \- Registration and updating of customer data in the system \- Provide support in organizing and archiving collections documentation, ensuring its availability and proper presentation during audits and inspections \- Validate and record daily collections income closing \- Record other sources of income generating movements in bank accounts \- Other duties as requested by immediate supervisors or management.
