We do NOT seek someone who only designs flyers. We seek someone who can genuinely grow the brand. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create daily content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram * Record videos at the factory and on construction sites * Edit viral videos (CapCut, Canva, etc.) * Generate content ideas and identify trends * Publish reels, stories, and TikToks * Respond to messages and comments * Coordinate campaigns and promotions * Help generate leads REQUIREMENTS: * Experience managing social media accounts * Ability to record and edit dynamic videos * Creativity and speed * Basic knowledge of TikTok and Meta Ads * Proactivity and eagerness to grow * Preferred experience in commercial content WE VALUE MORE: * Attitude * Creativity * Initiative * Results Ideal for individuals passionate about content creation and professional growth.
