We are looking for a Back Office Advisor – Processing for our Spain – Telephony campaign, with the workplace located in San Juan de Miraflores. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 1 year of experience in Back Office roles. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Spanish campaigns. * 6 months of experience in Spanish energy campaigns (preferred). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Proactive, dynamic, persuasive, and possessing a pleasant voice tone. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m. * Days off on Saturdays and Sundays. RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation of daily reports. * Reading and reviewing of legal texts. * Updating statuses in the CRM. * Monitoring contract activation. * Achieving organizational objectives.
