Today, we are expanding our impact into the veterinary sector and seeking professionals committed to improving access to human and animal health. **Your Role as Technical Leader:** We are looking for a **Technical Leader** with experience in application development, integration, maintenance, and modernization, focused on building robust, secure, and scalable technological solutions. The position will be responsible for **leading and managing the technical team**, as well as actively participating in **application development**, ensuring correct implementation of solutions based on technologies such as **C\#, .NET, and MySQL databases**. Additionally, this role will be critical in defining and evolving a **scalable technology architecture**, enabling business growth, optimizing application performance, and ensuring operational continuity. The role must also promote best practices in **information security**, safeguarding data protection, proper access management, system integrity, and compliance with technical standards in solution development and integration. **Key Responsibilities:** Application Development and Integration * Design, develop, update, and maintain critical business application modules, ensuring technical quality, operational continuity, performance, and scalability. * Actively participate in solution development using technologies such as **C\#, .NET, and MySQL databases**, applying best practices in programming, integration, and documentation. * Lead and support the team toward modern, secure, and sustainable technology platforms. * Collaborate on migration, optimization, and integration of databases to **MySQL**, guaranteeing data integrity, availability, and consistency. * Ensure developed applications incorporate best practices for **information security**, access control, data protection, and traceability. Agile Methodology Implementation * Actively participate in agile events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, promoting team collaboration and continuous improvement. * Coordinate with functional and technical teams to prioritize requirements, resolve impediments, and ensure incremental delivery of value. * Propose improvements to development, integration, and deployment processes, applying agile practices oriented toward efficiency, quality, and adaptability to change. * Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture focused on continuous learning and fulfillment of technical commitments. Code Management and Technical Quality * Use and promote appropriate use of version control tools such as **Git, GitHub, and GitLab**, ensuring orderly, traceable, and secure source code management. * Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with technical standards, development best practices, maintainability, and security. * Define and enforce technical guidelines related to architecture, development patterns, integration, performance, and scalability. * Identify technical risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities, proposing preventive and corrective actions. Technical Support, Documentation, and Continuous Improvement * Create, update, and maintain technical and functional documentation for applications, integrations, architecture, processes, and critical components. * Provide specialized technical support for development, integration, technological migration, and resolution of critical incidents. * Support the technical team in decision-making, knowledge transfer, and adoption of best practices. * Propose improvements aimed at optimizing stability, security, performance, and evolution of the company’s technological solutions. **What We Look for in You:** **Education** ● University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. ● Postgraduate certification in project management and/or Scrum Master. **Experience** ● Proven experience in software development and integration projects (more than 3 years), preferably with exposure to legacy system migration. **Technical Knowledge** ● Proficiency in .NET technologies. ● Experience in development and maintenance of applications using **C\#, .NET, and MySQL databases**. ● Experience and proficiency in software architectures such as MVC and N-Tier. ● Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS (optional), and server administration. ● Use of version control systems (Git) and collaborative tools (ideal). ● Proficiency in database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.). ● Experience in database migration to MySQL. ● Incident management and resolution. ● Knowledge of database management and design, including entity-relationship modeling, table normalization, data structure definition, and best practices to ensure data integrity, consistency, and storage efficiency. **Complementary Skills** ● Strong communication and teamwork skills. ● Analytical ability to identify and resolve technical issues. ● Proactive attitude and ability to work in agile and dynamic environments. **What We Offer:** ● Social benefits in accordance with local law. ● Formal employment registration (general regime) from day one. ● Compensation commensurate with candidate’s experience and capabilities. ● A collaborative and challenging work environment. ● Opportunities for professional and personal growth. ● Direct participation in innovative and high-impact projects. ● Training in agile methodologies.
