We are currently seeking a professional for the **Back Office** area with experience serving **Spanish-speaking customers**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in **Back Office** (mandatory) * Experience serving **Spanish-speaking customers** * Experience in **energy** campaigns (preferred) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (tables, filters, reports) * Excellent writing, spelling, and reading comprehension skills * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail * Proactive, responsible profile with strong goal-oriented mindset * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:20 PM (weekends off) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation, analysis, and submission of daily performance reports * Validation of contracts, documents, and legal texts * Registration, tracking, and updating of statuses in CRM (internal system) * Ongoing monitoring of contract activation * Quality control of processed information * Coordination with internal departments to ensure process compliance * Achievement of operational KPIs and targets **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive base salary \+ performance bonuses * Biweekly and timely payments * On-site work in San Juan de Miraflores: Jr. Justo Naveda 1107 – 2nd floor (opposite Luz del Sur on Av.
