We are currently seeking a Back Office Advisor with experience in validations or retention activities for a Spanish campaign. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of Back Office experience (mandatory) * Experience working on campaigns targeting the Spanish market * Experience in energy-related campaigns (preferred) * Intermediate-level Excel skills (reports, filters, databases) * Strong writing ability, reading comprehension, and attention to detail * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:20 PM (weekends off) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and analysis of daily operational reports * Contract validation and review of legal texts * Registration and updating of statuses in CRM (internal system) * Ongoing monitoring of contract activation * Quality control and validation of information * Coordination with internal departments to ensure process compliance * Achievement of operational targets **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive base salary + performance bonuses * Bi-weekly and timely payments * Work location: San Juan de Miraflores (on-site) * Excellent work environment * Career development path Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
