Focus on cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area. **We are currently seeking a construction assistant or mason** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair tasks as required by the company. * Help prepare and manage materials and tools for assigned tasks. * Collaborate in cleaning and organizing work areas. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations in all tasks performed. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in executing civil construction tasks under the supervision of the assigned operator or technician. * Prepare and organize materials and tools for construction tasks, such as foundations, masonry, and finishing works. * Transport and handle construction materials according to instructions received. * Assist in preventive inspection and diagnosis of sanitary installations and infrastructure systems. * Support the repair of water leaks, clogged drainage pipes, and other sanitary issues under the supervision of the assigned operator. * Request and receive necessary tools and materials for tasks, following the team’s instructions. * Organize and maintain storage areas for materials and tools in good condition, ensuring their availability and efficient use. * Work collaboratively with general services staff and other departments to ensure proper execution of projects and repairs. * Communicate effectively with users and team members regarding progress and any issues arising during tasks. * Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. * Clean tools and equipment after each use and ensure everything is returned to its proper place. * Follow industrial safety regulations in all tasks performed, using appropriate personal protective equipment. * Report any situation that may pose a risk to workplace safety. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly payments. * 60% food allowance coverage. * Career development opportunities. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.2,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
