




Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge for a prominent Real Estate Management Company, responsible for controlling access and activities within the condominium and reporting incidents. Constant communication with management A prominent Real Estate Management Company requires concierge staff for the Lurín District. ***FUNCTIONS:*** \-Verify entry and exit of individuals from the condominium. \-Monitor, detect, and report any relevant incidents to the Administrator/Coordinator. \-Ensure normal operation of condominium activities, continuously reporting any events and recording them in the incident logbook. \-Maintain control over contractors and suppliers entering the premises upon prior authorization. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** \-Minimum 3 months’ experience in similar positions. \-Completed secondary education. \-Highly responsible and honest. \-Service-oriented. \-Work availability: 6 days per week / 12 hours / Rotating shifts. ***MYPE BENEFITS:*** \-Enrollment in MYPE payroll from Day 1. \-15 days of annual vacation. \-ESSALUD enrollment. \-Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP). \-50% voluntary bonus in July and December. \-Biweekly and monthly payments.
