Physical progress monitoring and resource management Huarcaya Group, a company engaged in manufacturing and project execution, is currently seeking a Junior Project Supervisor to join its team. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project or Construction Supervisor. * Experience in field supervision, progress control, and on-site coordination. * Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and resource control. * Experience in public-sector projects (schools, hospitals) or private-sector projects (hotels, retail, small-scale commerce, multifamily residential). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety is desirable. * Willingness to work on construction sites. * Project management knowledge, preferably in furniture implementation or construction. **Responsibilities** * Supervise proper project execution according to drawings and schedules. * Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors. * Monitor physical progress, deadlines, and resource utilization. * Verify compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare project progress and tracking reports. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
