Job Summary: This role is responsible for implementing training programs for factory truck operators, ensuring compliance with training requirements, maximizing productivity and equipment care, as well as developing new talents. Key Highlights: 1. Training on factory truck operation and maintenance. 2. Leading technical training for new talents. 3. Contributing to operational productivity through training. Mission or Objective: Implement factory truck operator training plans to ensure compliance with the training curriculum, maximize productivity and equipment care. Additionally, guarantee the technical and operational training of emerging talent pipeline for the factory truck operator role. * Develop the technical training plan for factory truck operators to address current needs and operational objectives. * Train factory truck operators on driving, operation, calibration, maintenance, and new technologies to ensure expected knowledge levels for performing their duties. * Lead technical training programs for the growth and development of new talents for the company in the factory truck operator role. * Generate periodic reports on learning activities and incidents to support appropriate follow-up actions. * Ensure the effectiveness of the training program across all operations/services to meet stipulated objectives. * Actively participate in blast service testing to ensure equipment availability and operation within scheduled timeframes. * Identify and propose training initiatives to increase operational productivity and reduce operator learning gaps. * Manage certifications and/or external trainings for factory truck operators to ensure a high-quality operator profile. Requirements: * Preferred: 2 years’ experience as a factory truck operator within the company. * Preferred: 2 years’ experience transporting explosives and/or auxiliary equipment (5T van, mini-loader, 930 loader, front-end loader, crane truck, telehandler). * Preferred: Technical diploma in mechanics, heavy equipment operation, automotive electricity, automotive mechatronics, or related fields. * Preferred: Courses and/or certifications in factory truck operation and/or maintenance. * Knowledge of factory truck calibration, driving, and operation. * Knowledge of operating systems: Pro Blast 3, E-Blast, DCC+; E-Controller, among others. * Mandatory: A3C and/or A4 (special) driver’s license.
