Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team, responsible for generating documents, monitoring units, and ensuring timely delivery of information, while continuously improving operational processes. Field analysis to identify improvement opportunities If you wish to join a national company and become part of our team, we invite you to apply for the Operations Assistant position to perform the following tasks: Responsibilities: * Generate documents, certificates, and reports for clients. * Monitor units. * Prepare route sheets in the system using information provided by the Area Coordinator. * Ensure timely delivery of information, working efficiently to meet client requirements. * File documents managed within the Operations department. * Maintain an organized and secure record of all digital and physical documents produced. * Conduct field analysis and operational surveys to identify improvement opportunities. * Perform any other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * Technical or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. * Immediate availability * Residency in Carabayllo Hills or adjacent districts. * Minimum 3 months of experience in the position. * Benefits: * Full payroll (family allowance, bonuses, CTS, etc.) * Timely payments. * Pleasant work environment.
