Opportunity to propose improvements and optimize effectiveness An established industrial company is seeking top talent for the position of: **PROCESS COORDINATOR – EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9001-2015 – VILLA EL SALVADOR:** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields (MANDATORY) * Proven experience in ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) (MANDATORY) * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM (20% office-based, 80% production plant) * Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, commitment, goal orientation, initiative, and proposal of improvements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain documented information of the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System up to date. * Monitor Quality Management System processes for compliance with procedures, instructions, guidelines, manuals, and forms per ISO 9001-2015. * Supervise and monitor Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) activities. * Review and submit monthly Executive Reports prepared by Process Owners to the General Manager. * Perform backups of all process-related information. * Ensure availability and preservation of documented information of the Quality Management System under their responsibility. * Supervise and ensure process management supports achievement of strategic objectives and proper administration of internal regulations. * Identify issues through review and analysis of each process, and propose solutions to enhance process effectiveness. * Ensure process design complies with principles established in ISO 9001:2015. * Design new required processes, ensuring integration into the existing management system. * Propose, review, and monitor compliance with process performance indicators. * Lead and manage the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Profit-sharing participation. * Full payroll under the General Regime with timely payments. * Job stability based on performance.
