




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maki Roller to support the preparation and production of makis and other items, ensuring quality, order, and adherence to restaurant standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of makis and products according to recipe and standards. 2. Handling food in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. 3. Assisting in organizing and cleaning the work area. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MAKI ROLLER Location: Av. Pedro Miotta N.° 860, San Juan de Miraflores Schedule: 2:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (Full-time) Job Objective: Support the preparation and production of makis and other bar items, ensuring quality, order, and compliance with restaurant standards. Main Responsibilities: Prepare makis and other kitchen items according to recipe and standards. Perform daily mise en place (ingredients, sauces, cuts, and pre-preparation). Handle food properly while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Assist in organizing and cleaning the work area. Conduct basic inventory control and ensure proper storage of products. Meet production timelines during service. Requirements: Reside in SJM or nearby areas. Availability for full-time employment and rotating shifts. Prior experience as a Junior Itamae or at a maki bar (mandatory). Knowledge of maki preparation and ingredient handling. Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. Orderliness, responsibility, and commitment to work. Strong teamwork skills and proactive attitude. Desired Competencies: Speed and precision in preparation.
