We seek responsible, observant individuals committed to operational safety and order. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure order and safety within the store and warehouse. * Supervise proper uniform usage and compliance with internal regulations. * Conduct loss control and prevention activities within operations. * Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Register waybills and documentation in the system. * Report operational incidents and observations. * Maintain constant communication with SSOMA and Human Resources. * Guide customers and visitors on-site. * Provide support to operational staff and monitor task execution. * Assist in enforcing internal regulations and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in prevention, security, warehouse, or operational control. * Knowledge or experience in warehouse operations. * Computer proficiency and basic office software skills. * Responsible, proactive, observant, and decisive individual. * Strong communication skills and reporting capability. * Prior experience in industrial stores or hardware stores is preferred. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration from day one * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * Job stability * Pleasant work environment **Apply now and join our team!** Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
