On behalf of our client, a company with over 27 years in the market supplying high-tech and durable gastronomic and commercial equipment across Peru, we are seeking highly motivated, proactive, responsible, and dynamic individuals to fill the position of WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse and distribution. * Experience in logistics companies or heavy-load operations. * Full and immediate availability. * Availability to work overtime. * Residence in Lurin or nearby areas. * Ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work in Lurin. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Picking and packing. * Assisting in product dispatch. * Other related duties as assigned. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary: PEN 1,250 + PEN 100 (mobility bonus). * Paid overtime. * Formal employment under Peru’s General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * Annual profit-sharing (utilidades) once per year. * Monthly payroll processed at month-end. * Starting from the third month, access to the salary advance system.
