Job Summary: We are seeking a recent female engineering graduate to provide support in a metal-mechanical workshop, assisting with technical drawing, production control, and logistics. No prior experience required. **Job Summary:** We seek a proactive recent university graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering to join our metal-mechanical workshop team. The candidate will provide direct support in drafting technical drawings, material control, and assisting with quotation preparation. We offer practical hands-on learning in apprenticeship and maintenance projects. **Economic subsidy:** S/. 1,200\.00 gross **Direct Responsibilities:** * **Technical Drawing:** Support design and reverse engineering by converting physical part measurements (e.g., shafts, rollers, mechanical components) into digital drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks. * **Production Control:** Visually monitor workshop progress (machining, lathe work, welding) and verify dimensional compliance using calipers (vernier). * **Quotation Support:** Assist in populating Excel sheets for budgeting, quantity take-offs, and basic workshop task logs. * **Logistics:** Coordinate with local suppliers regarding stock levels and pricing of steel materials, bearings, and fasteners. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance Engineering. * No prior experience required (prior internships desirable). * Basic or intermediate proficiency in **AutoCAD** or **SolidWorks**. * Basic Excel proficiency and familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier / Micrometer). * Eagerness to learn the real operations of an apprenticeship workshop and demonstrate proactivity. **We Offer:** * Covered lunches * Opportunity to learn metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, TDR (Technical Design Requirements) interpretation, and workshop management firsthand.
