You will be responsible for participating in the different stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, hygiene, order, and production standards. Main Responsibilities * Execute the noodle production schedule, meeting required quantities, timelines, and specifications. * Comply with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and established hygiene and safety procedures. * Prepare raw materials required for production according to specified quantities and characteristics. * Maintain clean and organized work areas by performing appropriate cleaning and disinfection activities. * Perform packaging and boxing of finished products, verifying correct presentation and labeling. * Comply with internal policies and procedures related to quality, safety, and food safety. What are we looking for? * **Completed secondary education** — mandatory requirement. * Minimum of **3 months’ experience in production** — preferred. * Proactive, responsible individuals with a willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work on-site at the **Lurín Plant**.
