Job Summary: Mont Group SAC is seeking a Veterinary Sales Representative to market clinical diagnostic products, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention through analysis and critical thinking. Development of market strategies and post-sales follow-up Mont Group SAC, a company dedicated to the importation, marketing, and distribution of clinical diagnostic products, among others, is seeking top talent for the position of "Veterinary Sales Representative". Below are the details: **Requirements:** · Graduates in Veterinary Medicine and/or Animal Science. · 2 years of field sales experience (preferred). · Experience in direct client interaction. · Must be available to work in the Lima-North or Lima-East zones. **Responsibilities:** · Conduct sales of the veterinary products we handle. · Present product features and benefits to promote sales. · Acquire new customers while fulfilling assigned visit coverage. · Build customer loyalty by delivering high-quality service. · Adhere to the daily sales and prospecting model, including making calls, scheduling appointments, and visiting clients. · Research the target market and gather information to develop improved strategies. · Perform post-sale follow-up to provide necessary assistance to customers in resolving issues. **Competencies:** · Analytical and critical thinking, leadership, teamwork, results orientation, openness, internal and external customer orientation, proactivity, organization. **Work Zones:** · **Availability to cover the entire Lima-North zone** (Los Olivos, Comas, San Martin de Porres, Carabayllo, Independencia, Rimac, Puente Piedra) · **Availability to cover the entire Lima-East zone** (Ate, Santa Anita, La Molina, El Agustino, San Juan de Lurigancho, La Victoria, San Luis, Lurigancho, Cieneguilla) **Benefits:** · Formal employment registration (general regime) from day one. · Statutory social benefits (bonus, CTS, 30-day vacation, EsSalud, family allowance if applicable, Life Insurance as required by law). · Remuneration: S/. 1,250.00 .
