Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional or accounting student to perform basic document control and financial analysis within our team. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Carabayllo, Lima Norte (100% on-site work) Salary: S/. 1,500\.00 to S/. 8,000\.00 per month (subject to verification of competencies, certification, and experience). Who Are We Looking For? We seek a professional or final-cycle student with a highly analytical, organized profile and solid academic background to join our team and lead basic document control and financial analysis. Mandatory Requirements (Non-negotiable) * Education: Final-cycle student (9th or 10th semester), graduate, or bachelor’s degree EXCLUSIVELY in University-level Accounting. (Please refrain from applying if your background is technical or in any other field; this filter is mandatory.) * Residence: Must reside in areas adjacent to Lima Norte (Carabayllo, Comas, Puente Piedra, Los Olivos) or have full commuting convenience to our headquarters in Carabayllo. * Experience: Minimum of \[6 months / 1 year] performing account analysis or managing accounting records. * Tools: Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables). Main Responsibilities * Purchase Register Management: Receipt and meticulous validation of supporting documents, timely provisioning, and strict control to ensure proper use of tax credit. * Account Analysis: Reconciliation and analytical review of balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring data consistency. * Tax Support: Assistance in maintaining electronic book (PLE) consistency and preparation of information for monthly tax settlement. * Ongoing coordination and support with the accounting and administrative departments. Legal Conditions and Benefits * Contract: Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Regime: All applicable benefits under the MYPE regime (50% bonuses and CTS, 15 days of vacation, and full ESSALUD coverage). * Work Modality: 100% on-site in Carabayllo. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
