Job Summary: We are seeking Collections Advisors to contact, follow up with, and collect payments from customers, verifying information with the Sales Department in a dynamic environment. (Peruvian audience) We are currently looking for FULL-TIME COLLECTIONS ADVISORS. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? * Basic PC skills * Minimum 3 months of experience in collections call centers. * Strong communication skills and fluency in speaking. * Immediate availability to work on-site near Megaplaza. * Eagerness to learn and grow WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Fixed monthly salary of S/1200 + bonus scheme * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; rotating Saturdays: 8:00 am – 1:30 pm or 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm * Lunch covered by the company. * Career Path Opportunity * Salary paid without AFP or ONP deductions * Short, paid training sessions * Training certificate * Discounts on company products * Excellent work environment, career path, and ongoing training. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contact customers and provide order-related information. - Follow up and collect payments from customers with pending payments. - Verify and correct information with the Sales Department.
