We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist for our Guillermo Kaelin de la Fuente Hospital. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered physician in Medicine. * Specialist title and RNE diploma in Psychiatry. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced CPR certification (desirable). * Availability to work in Villa María del Triunfo. **Responsibilities:** * Provide specialized psychiatric medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. * Conduct interconsultations for inpatients and critical care areas, following clinical guidelines and institutional protocols. * Inform patients and/or their families about health status, progression, prognosis, and prescribed treatment. * Document care delivery, progression, diagnosis, and treatment in the electronic medical record using appropriate coding. * Issue medical certificates, clinical reports, CITT forms, or other documents as required by current regulations. * Guide technical and auxiliary staff on procedures related to psychiatric care. * Participate in updating service protocols, procedures, and reports. * Support epidemiological surveillance, clinical reporting, and appropriate use of institutional resources. * Attend training sessions and professional development activities relevant to the position. **What benefits do we offer?** * All statutory benefits. * Work for an internationally accredited company holding ISO and Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation—one of the most prestigious global healthcare accreditations. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Discounts with educational institutions, oncology insurance, vendor visits, and more. ***Join our mission: contributing to improved quality of life for Peruvians!*** ***Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
