At **Booster Group**, we are looking for an **After-sales Technician / Quotation Specialist** for our Technical Service Department. You will be responsible for office support: reviewing field diagnostics, preparing quotations and budgets, and pricing spare parts/maintenance services for corporate clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret field service reports and technical diagnostics. * Prepare quotations and budgets for maintenance, repairs, and component replacement (compressors, evaporators, racks, controls). * Follow up on submitted proposals until approval. * Coordinate with Logistics regarding availability of supplies and spare parts costs. * Maintain updated cost database for the department. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Graduate technician in Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, Electromechanics, or related fields (SENATI, GAMOR, ISTP José Pardo, Cibertec, etc.). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in technical support, after-sales, budgeting, or maintenance roles. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel (cost tables and formulas) and interest in office/administrative work. * **Preferred:** Familiarity with commercial refrigeration or electromechanical components. **We Offer:** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development.
