Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Assistant with experience in valuations to support construction projects, progress monitoring, and technical query resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Technical query resolution and subcontractor support Our company seeks to hire an Engineering Assistant with valuation experience for a construction project in Chorrillos. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar duties in construction projects. * Proficiency in career-related software: Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. * Strong command of quantity surveying, valuation, scheduling, and reporting. * BIM proficiency is desirable. * Residency in Chorrillos, SJM, or VES districts is desirable. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of valuations until approval. * Monthly valuation of executed works according to the project budget, along with other duties inherent to the position. * Monitoring of budget execution on site. * Project progress control (daily – weekly – monthly). * Resolution of technical queries related to cost matters received from Supervision and/or subcontractors. * Support in subcontract administration and general project documentation. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Employment Type:** * Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
