Optimize production processes and resource utilization **Job Objective** Lead, plan, and supervise the metal-mechanical plant’s production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, industrial safety, and efficient resource utilization, thereby guaranteeing timely product delivery. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial or metal-mechanical plants. * Knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes (cutting, welding, bending, painting, and assembly). * Knowledge of production planning and control. * Ability to read technical drawings. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Leadership ability and experience managing production teams. **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and supervise plant production activities. * Monitor adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines. * Supervise proper use of machinery, equipment, and tools. * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, maintenance, and quality departments. * Monitor productivity and efficiency of production processes. * Manage and supervise production operational staff. * Propose improvements to production processes and resource optimization.
