JOB OPENING: BIM COORDINATOR Metal-mechanical company CEMPROTEC We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team and lead the management, coordination, and standardization of digital models in metal-mechanical sector projects. Main Function: Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the BIM methodology in projects, ensuring proper integration of various disciplines, optimizing processes, and guaranteeing information quality. Specific Responsibilities: Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (structures, mechanical). Detect interferences (clash detection) and propose solutions. Supervise compliance with BIM standards and internal protocols. Manage project information (models, drawings, reports). Coordinate with modelers, designers, and department heads. Develop BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and progress reports. Train the team on BIM best practices. Requirements: Engineering graduate (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or related fields). Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM coordination. Advanced proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Knowledge of construction and/or metal-mechanical processes.
