Job Summary: This role involves drafting and proposing architectural and engineering drawings, calculating material quantities, preparing quotations, and reconciling progress. Key Highlights: 1. Material quantity calculation and progress reconciliation with clients **Responsibilities:** * Draft architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, topographic, artistic, and general engineering drawings using specialized software. * Prepare architectural proposals. * Determine the required quantities of materials for construction/manufacturing. * Archive drafted projects for reference to previous work. * Prepare quotation templates. * Reconcile with clients the actual progress quantities completed. * Prepare or review take-offs for subcontractor valuations. * Quote specific items required for assembling the requested proposal. E.g., containers, metal shelving, melamine furniture, etc. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of construction projects, camps, or modules (desirable) * Advanced AutoCAD, Excel proficiency, and planning tools * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure **Working Conditions:** * Remuneration: S/ 2,000 to S/ 2,200 (based on evaluation and experience) * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Workplace: Offices – Ancón Industrial Zone Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
