At INNSAEI IMPEX, Peru's leading importer of fitness equipment, we are looking for a Marketing Creative with an idea-generating mind who can bring those ideas to life. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Propose and develop creative ideas for campaigns, content, and advertisements * Edit videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok * Write persuasive copy for social media, ads, and communications * Identify digital and fitness industry trends to generate relevant content * Collaborate with the sales team on Meta Ads campaigns **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * A person with a creative mindset and initiative to constantly propose fresh ideas. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence. * Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and/or copywriting * Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software * Clear, creative, and persuasive writing skills in Spanish * Affinity with the fitness/sports world (desirable) * Portfolio or samples of previous work (mandatory) **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * On-site work in Chorrillos, Lima * Creative freedom to propose and innovate * Dynamic team in full growth * Compensation commensurate with profile Apply by sending your CV \+ portfolio Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
